Ivisited the Mud Dock on the last Tuesday of November and was surprised that there was only a Christmas menu available - a set dinner of three courses. The starters and main courses were seasonal in that they featured a few ingredients you would hope to find in December, but there was no sign of turkey or cranberries, which is always a relief.
Starters included a salad of feta, clementine and winter mixed leaf salad, and pepper-crusted beef tenderloin crostini. Main courses ranged from roasted vegetable and barley jambalaya to goat's cheese stuffed chicken breast with prunes, shallots and cognac.See the full content of this document
