Summary
I Read with interest the proposal of Mr Hugh Roberts, the editorial column and the subsequent article regarding the reopening of the former Cheltenham to Stratford railway line, primarily as an aid to reducing road traffic in and around Cheltenham (Echo, February 23 and 24).
