WHEN someone says "teenagers" to you, you automatically think of the stereotype: lazy, cheeky and always tired. But is there a reason for this? Research has shown that teenagers function better in the afternoons, and that if their sleep is cut short it could affect their health and schoolwork. One school in another city has even decided to change the starting time of lessons from 9am to 10am.
