PUBLIC toilets, play areas and community halls in Portishead could be handed over to the town council to run as North Somerset purseholders face making massive cuts from the authority's budget.
The cash strapped authority, faced with slashing Pounds 47.3 million over four years, is considering handing over the management of a range of facilities and services to town and parish councils across the district in a bid to save money.See the full content of this document
