REMOVAL vans were at the ready in Shirehampton as a new tenant moved into the 100th council house to be built as part of a prefab redevelopment project.
Steven Thomas, 57, who used to live in Valerian Close, was handed the keys to his new home in St Tecla Close, off Old Barrow Hill Road.
