Steven Thomas, 57, who used to live in Valerian Close, was handed the keys to his new home in St Tecla Close, off Old Barrow Hill Road. The move marked a double celebration for Mr Thomas, who works as an oil and gas inspector, as he has just become engaged to his girlfriend Sally Tabrett.
