I AM responding to the two grumpy old ladies (letter published on Monday, September 28) concerning the conditions during the David Attenborough evening in the Colston Hall.
I agree that the balcony was unbearably hot but I take exception to them saying that the St John Ambulance did not come to the aid of the elderly lady who was overcome with the heat.See the full content of this document
