TALK, talk, talk and yet more indecision. Politicians in our local authorities love the sound of their own voices and their fleeting moment of fame. In the meantime, yet another golden opportunity to actually resolve Greater Bristol's transport problems has seemingly run aground, as it has done so many times since the 1970s.
As the country emerges from recession, there has never been a better opportunity to create an integrated transport system. The construction costs will never be as low and it would help with unemployment.
