IN response to your article in the Post, September 9, "Driving won't be so hard on shoulder", I wish to congratulate the Highways Agency, for a great idea, to open up the shoulder on part of the M5.
This is ingenious and would be used only in case of high traffic congestion providing vehicles another lane and therefore avoiding delays and the consumption of expensive fuel.See the full content of this document
