. WHAT a pity that Mr Seward (Evening Post, November 13) has, no doubt unintentionally, misled readers about the service provided at our recycling centres.
Staff have, of course, got to turn away commercial contractors as it would be unfair on council taxpayers to subsidise private businesses. But there is a permit scheme for Bristol residents who want to use their van for disposing of their waste.See the full content of this document
