Summary
DOES anyone really imagine that drivers with First Bus start off with the intention of making sure their bus is running early or late? For a start the company can be fined by the traffic commissioners for being more than one minute early or more than five minutes late so the figures the council have set are far too generous in any case.
The half-marathon which took place on September 11 caused absolute chaos to bus services for most of the day due to the council closing many roads which affected practically all services.See the full content of this document
