I HAVE read in recent times the edict from our loony Liberal Bristol City Council concerning the need for all of the city's licensed taxi cabs to be painted blue if they want to operate.
I believe that the genius who thought up this scheme decided that all these cabs should be blue, made his decision on the basis that all customers would recognise by the colour that they were legally licensed vehicles.See the full content of this document
