I HAVE been reading about the 20mph on all Bristol roads. Although it will probably ruin the engine driving that slow, it makes sense.
A little over a year ago through the post we received a speeding fine. We were told on the A38 we drove at 40mph in a 30mph limit. We couldn't argue but never exceeding the speed limit couldn't believe it, but we paid up.See the full content of this document
