WHILE it was good to see your report (August 11) that the number of people listening to BBC Radio Bristol has increased, it is unsurprising that people are spending less time doing it.
Many people, myself included, were for many years devotees of the station with its cohort of professional broadcasters and high quality programmes but now we listen to a news bulletin and switch to another station? Why? Quite simply, its daytime mix of programmes and so-called presenters leaves a lot to be desired.See the full content of this document
