It was meant to be a holiday souvenir. Instead, the silver jewellery that Rachael Ogilvie-Harris's younger brother brought back from a trip to Peru resulted in her starting an ethical jewellery business.

"I love sterling silver jewellery, but I know from doing a geology degree at Bristol University that you have to be careful," explains Rachael, who is now doing a PhD in diamond exploration.
