The Year 9 boys from Redland Green School made their way to Oasis Academy Brightstowe for the final of the 2010 Sportshall Athletics Competition after managing to qualify from the North Bristol section.

Redland faced two other schools from north Bristol - Cotham and St Bedes, as well as three other schools from the South and Central Bristol areas -Ashton Park, St Bernadette's and St Mary Redcliffe and Temple School. As the competition began the tension really mounted as the first race of the evening, the 4x1 lap relay began. Redland maintained a steady pace and finished a respectable fourth.
