THE owner of a Nailsea care home has been issued with a formal warning to make urgent improvements to its standards of care.
The Care Quality Commission (CQG) issued the warning to Southern Cross Healthcare which operates Laurel Court after an unannounced visit to the home by inspectors last month. The commission had ordered the home to make improvements following a visit in May.See the full content of this document
