DESPITE having worked for my current employer for six months I have not yet received a contract. Is there anything I can do? All employees, regardless of the number of hours they work per week, are entitled to receive a written statement of the main terms and conditions of their employment within two months of starting work.

Even though you have nothing in writing a contract already exists between you and your employer formed by your agreeing to work for your employer and your employer's agreement to pay you.
