IWANT to respond as one of those Berate campaigners in Bedminster, to the latest outpouring of vitriol from 'Bedminster Bigmouth' (Wednesday, November 4).
He says that residents and shopkeepers of North Street are in favour of Sainsbury's developing the Ashton Gate site; I was shopping on North Street yesterday and chatted with some of the shop owners, none of whom were happy with developments and pointed me in the direction of Brislington, where the opening of a Sainsbury's has left the local High St devastated.See the full content of this document
