BRISTOL City Council has agreed to pay out Pounds 800,000 to settle a dispute with a company that wanted to build the new Pounds 21-million leisure centre at Hengrove Park.

As reported by the Evening Post last week, Surrey-based DC Leisure Management (DCLM) did not succeed in winning the contract to build the complex.
