In my opinion, noise pollution is not an issue for the majority of Bristol residents and any noise within sociably acceptable hours should be taken with a 'pinch of salt' and accepted as a part of living and improving one's circumstances.
It is like many other issues in society nowadays and the 'cotton wool' or 'bubble wrap' syndrome creates an hysterical outlook on the way we as people live. There is an action and reaction from everything and this has to be accepted rather than to be embarrassed about such outcomes from said activities.See the full content of this document
