A FIFTH Bristol school has been declared inadequate by Ofsted as the watchdog's new inspection regime begins to bite. Perry Court Junior School in Hengrove was judged to be significantly underperforming and it was issued with a notice to improve.

But inspectors said improved test results in English and maths last year showed the school had the capacity to get better.
