SPORTS enthusiasts are celebrating the completion of a Pounds 2.2- million scheme to provide new facilities at Pomphrey Hill playing fields in Mangotsfield.

A pavilion and community building, mainly funded by South Gloucestershire Council, was handed over in a ceremony that involved many of those who helped turn a dream into reality.
