Aurora Borealis. Even the name is enough to send a shiver down the spine. But what happens if, after braving the treacherous conditions on top of the globe, you find the skies filled with nothing more exciting than cloud and drizzle? Our hunt for the Northern Lights started at Tromso, in northern Norway, smack bang in the middle of Europe's Aurora belt.
