WELL, what is a miracle? The main point is that it can only happen once. If something is repeatable its provenance would be subject to verification by repeating all the circumstances.

When I was born in the middle of the Bristol Blitz, some people said it was a miracle. Others have since refuted this claim. Such one-offs are the stuff of life.
