KEITH Millen is urging his Bristol City players to take out their frustration on Norwich City in tomorrow's "must-win" home game against the npower Championship high-flyers.

Despite staging decent performances on the road against Burnley and Portsmouth, City have only a point to show from their travels and now find themselves in the relegation zone and under pressure. City's sense of injustice was heightened by the performance in midweek of Bedfordshire referee Graham Horwood, who denied them a clear-cut penalty at Fratton Park and allowed Portsmouth to score their third goal after Danny Rose looked to have been fouled.
