WARMLEY: An 18-year-old man has appeared in court charged with assaulting two police officers yesterday.

It is alleged that Joseph Durcan, of Kennard Rise, assaulted the constables on October 10 in Nelson Street. It is also alleged that he used abusive or insulting words or behaviour.
