LET'S get our MP's involved in sorting out the great cat dilemma. However, before we do, some technicalities need to be addressed.

For instance, if the offending animal is a Manx cat, will the Isle of Man parliament have to deal with this or will it be a matter for our MEPs? And, of course, with the current scandal of MPs' expenses rolling on, would the innuendo from headlines be enough to destabilise the establishment or make Mollie Sugden turn in her grave? These points must be considered carefully before proceeding. But I'm sure that M A Jackson of South Glos will finally feel deserved pride when his 'Felines Under Control' bill is debated in Parliament.
