Lawyers to Fight Heart Op Cases

Lawyers are preparing to fight more cases for the families of children left disabled following botched heart operations in two Bristol hospitals.

After the High Court ruled in favour of a 22-year-old woman left brain damaged after a procedure carried out at Bristol Children's Hospital when she was a newborn baby during the 1980s, her solicitor said there were seven more cases "waiting in the wings".
