A MAN was jailed for seven and a half months after punching his ex-partner, setting fire to her front door and smashing a window at her home in Hartcliffe.
Richard Thomas, 32, of Torrington Avenue, Knowle West, admitted assaulting Julie Richards, the mother of his three children, when he appeared at Bristol Magistrates' Court.
