Summary
I Don't like to say it, but I wrote to the Post ages ago, asking why couldn't the police stop and search anyone they wanted. If a knife or anything else was found on the person without a good enough excuse, they should receive at least a six-month jail sentence, or some form of community work.
I think that if everyone knew that even if they did not use the weapon they would go to jail, they would be deterred from carrying a weapon.See the full content of this document
