Summary
Following Mr Mayo of Gloucester's letter, "Protesters need to show us ideas" (The Citizen, February 23), I would like to address some of the concerns he raised.
Firstly, on the subject of recycling, Gloucestershire County Council's measly recycling target figure to 2020 is 60%. I recently took part in Zero Waste Challenge Week and managed to recycle 60% of my household waste, with a little thought and imagination of how to recycle plastic packaging and using all existing recycling facilities.See the full content of this document
