Summary
Prepare to be entertained, enthralled and amazed as Bristol's first ever festival dedicated to puppetry launches this month.
In partnership with the Tobacco Factory Theatre and Aardman Animations, Puppet Place introduce the Bristol Festival of Puppetry, presenting the artform in all its incarnations, from socks to latex and street theatre to celluloid. The festival offers up an eclectic mix of puppetry for all ages including the UK premiere of TinkerTing's Hunger, directed and designed by Pickled Image, in which an author inflicts a hunger experiment on himself to overcome his writer's block; and Stephen Mottram's The Seed Carriers, depicting a colourful world of small creatures that look human, but are more like insects or plants.See the full content of this document
