COMPANIES in the South West have reported a rise in the burden of red tape, despite Governments' promises to cut the burden.
More than half of the region's owner-managed businesses saw the cost of handling red tape increase by more than Pounds 5,000 over the previous year, while more than a third of business now have to spend a day each week on dealing with bureaucracy.See the full content of this document
