AN ALCOHOLIC who branded the queen a "fascist" had been handed a 12-month conditional discharge.
Michael Hellard unleashed the drunken rant at police at Clifton Down railway station on December 5, Bristol magistrates heard. The 45-year-old, of St Aidans Close, St George, pleaded guilty to using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
