A HARTCLIFFE man told a judge that he allowed cannabis to be grown in his flat so he would have enough money to buy his family Christmas presents. David Harrington, 41, of The Groves, admitted producing the Class B drug when he appeared at Bristol Crown Court.
Paul Connell, prosecuting, told the court that when Harrington was interviewed by police he said he had been offered Pounds 1,000 to allow his bedroom to be used to grow cannabis. Harrington said he did this in order to have enough cash for Christmas to buy presents for his family.See the full content of this document
