CAN I take the opportunity through your letters column to warn residents in B&NES council area that they should be wary every time they see a consultation notice on a lamp post.
For over four years the vast majority of the residents of Dapps Hill , in Keynsham have been working to achieve a residents' parking zone for their compact area, an area that is essentially a cul-de- sac. I have been supporting them and a petition and a number of surveys have been carried out, one by me, and submitted to the council's parking services as evidence of the aspiration. Earlier this year I was informed that a formal consultation would take place with a view to putting the residents' parking zone in place for Dapps Hill.See the full content of this document
