Dog Pound Becomes an Art Gallery

Summary

THREE artists had a captive audience when the old lock-up and pound in Thornbury was opened as a gallery.

The listed building in Park Road had a previous life as a place where anyone causing trouble was locked up or where stray animals were kept. The exhibition is running as part of the Severn Vale Art Trail, which features the work of nearly 50 artists.
