WHAT planet is Ernest B Skidmore on? I think he has confused motorists and cyclists when it comes to jumping red lights, pavement mounting rage incidents etc.
Reading his warped views it appears he wants all cars off the roads. If so who pays the up keep with no road tax fuel duty?
