'Cut-Through' Bollards Are Vandalised

BOLLARDS put up to stop drivers using a gap in a fence as a short cut to avoid traffic queues in Congresbury have been vandalised - just two weeks after they were installed.

North Somerset Council installed the six bollards next to the bus stop at Bristol Road to prevent motorists from driving into the car park at the bottom of Kent Road, through the gap and over the pavement to join the A370.
