A PORTISHEAD councillor who was reported to the Standards Committee for allegedly breaching the code of conduct during discussions about a new skate park in the town has been cleared.

Councillor David Pasley, pictured, was reported to North Somerset Council standards committee by Portishead town councillor Liese Stanley after a planning application to put a new skate park on land at the Lake Grounds was refused in February.
