BRISTOL council has signed up to radical plans slashing carbon emissions by 40 per cent within 10 years to help tackle climate change.
The move will help cut fuel bills and reduce global warming, Communities Secretary John Denham claimed as he confirmed it was one of nine cities that will work with Government over the next year to pioneer and test ways of reducing emissions.See the full content of this document
