PARENTS and their four-year-olds made a tiring one hour 40 minute protest walk from Redland to Lockleaze Primary School - where the city council has allocated them a place from September.

They were highlighting the primary school places crisis Bristol currently faces. Many of the families who took part live in Redland, Henleaze and Westbury Park.
