HUNDREDS of Christmas hampers have been donated to the needy as part of a scheme run by a Brislington church. The Carmel Centre put together 1,000 food hampers for people across Bristol who need a bit of extra help.
The church runs a storehouse where food and household items are donated all year round and distributed, but at Christmas every year hampers are put together using donations of food from church-goers and money raised throughout the year.See the full content of this document
