Idon't blame the bin men asking for a pay increase. Why should they have to collect and dispose of unnecessary packaging created by the major supermarkets?
Instead of the council tax payer having to foot this increase, why can't the supermarkets be made to pay a surcharge on their council tax and business rates, to cover the cost of disposing of their rubbish?See the full content of this document
