Baking bread scares me - but at the same time it is something I would love to learn how to do well. It seems like such an art.

There are so many different types to try, I didn't know where to start. Last weekend I was making a vegetable curry and decided to have a go at making naan bread - an Indian-style flat bread - for the first time.
