A BOX of 10 cats has been dumped outside the Bristol branch of the RSPCA - where staff are blaming the recession for the increasing number of abandoned kittens.
The box was left on the street outside the doors to the RSPCA Animal Clinic on Albert Road, St Philip's, sealed with Sellotape and with a handwritten sign reading "cats inside, please help".See the full content of this document
