BLUE badge holders beware - a few weeks ago I parked in Bedminster on a Saturday at the London Inn displaying my blue badge.
As I returned to the car after 15 minutes two warden-type people were hovering around my car taking photos. A man and a woman, one a PCSO. I approached them and asked if there was a problem to which they, to see my blue badge which I duly obliged.See the full content of this document
