TWO furious pressure groups claim they have been "muzzled" by a planning inspector's decision not to consider the impact of biofuels at a public inquiry into a Pounds 70 million power station at Avonmouth.
Biofuelwatch and Friends of the Earth say the ruling means they have been forbidden to think globally at the inquiry, which is being held at the Council House, College Green.
