IN 1999, during a run of Shakespeare's Hamlet, which features the most famous skull in the history of theatre, workmen laying gas pipes outside Bristol's Old Vic unearthed human remains believed to be up to 300 years old.
The police were called in to inspect the human skull and assorted bones and work had to be suspended while experts excavated part of a graveyard from the early 18th century.See the full content of this document
