The top 10 anglers all hit the magical ton mark in the Viaduct Midweek Open with only 4lb 2oz separating first and second place at the prolifically-stocked Campbell and Cary Lakes.

The winner, by the weight of just one average-sized Campbell Lake carp, was Paul Attwood who took 174-12-0 from peg 127 with a straight lead and 8mm hair-rigged pellet. Team Landsend A member Gary Wall came a close second with 170-10-0 at Cary 86. He poled pellet at depth when the wind allowed, switching to straight lead for the last two hours to take carp to almost 12lb.
